National Conference and Games 08!

Dear members,

MASCA NSW would like to invite you to try out for the National Conference and Games 2008. The details for NCG 2008 are as the following:

Date: 1st July- 4th July
Venue: Brisbane, Queensland
Agenda: 3 days of Sport, Malaysia Night, MASCA Idol, MASCA National AGM

NCG is one of the biggest events of the year where Malaysian students from
all over Australia meet up to compete in sports. It is also a great
chance to get acquainted with new people. MASCA NSW won the NCG cup
last year, and in an attempt to keep the cup from the other States, we
will be hoping to pick the best players for MASCA NCG during our try-outs.

Details are as follows:

1. Women's Basketball
Date: 11 May 2008
Time: 12pm-1pm
Venue: Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre

2. Men's Futsal
Date: 11 May 2008
Time: 1pm-2pm
Venue: Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre

3. Sepak Takraw
Date: 11 May 2008
Time: 2pm-3pm
Venue: Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre

4. Track (100m, 200m, 400m, 100m Relay)
Date: 15 May 2008
Time: 5pm-7pm
Venue: E.S Marks Field, Kensington
Attire: Spikes may be used, Please bring water

5. Squash
Date: Saturday 10 May 2008
Time: 4pm-6pm
Venue: University Of New South Wales Sports Centre
Please bring your own rackets

Guys, we urge you to participate in this year's NCG and to attend the tryouts as NSW's pride is on the line. We won the cup last year and we have to keep up to our standards. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
